AFX is an Australian student exchange company that specialises in sending Australian students to France. By participating in an AFX you will improve your French language skills, meet new friends and see what it's like to be part of a French host family and go to French school with your correspondent.
AFX personally visits all candidates and host families, carefully matching students according to age, interests and personality. When you get to France, a representative from AFX meets you at the airport in the host country.

There are two reciprocal exchange programs with AFX - 5 weeks or 10 weeks. The Australian family hosts the French student for the same duration as the Australian student’s stay with the French family.
